Due to the nature of the goods OMGCrunchBox offers, OMGCrunchBox does not accept returns on any items. We cannot issue refunds for late deliveries.

All orders are securely packed and sent out promptly OMGCrunchBox will not be responsible for lost or damaged items unless insurance was purchased.

OMGCrunchBox is not responsible for melted chocolate and candy that can occur during the peak of the summer months.
